We stand behind our courses. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, including our 14-day money-back guarantee and how billing is handled through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
We want you to be confident before you pay. Two full courses are free to watch with no account required, and every other course includes a free preview. We encourage you to sample the content first so you know exactly what you are subscribing to.
Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made on Vivid Labs. Paddle manages billing, receipts, taxes, and refund administration on our behalf. You can request billing help or a refund either through the contact options below or directly through Paddle's buyer support using the link on your receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to first-time subscribers on any plan. To qualify, simply contact us within the 14-day window with the email address used at checkout. We do not require a reason, though your feedback helps us improve.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting support@vividlabsai.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. You keep access to the full library until that date. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. Outside the 14-day guarantee window, payments for a billing period already in progress are generally non-refundable, because you retain access for the full period you paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us and we will make it right.
Email support@vividlabsai.com with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the Paddle order or receipt number. You can also start a request through Paddle from the receipt they emailed you. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear. Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are refunded together with the payment.
If you purchase a single course rather than a subscription, the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or substantially consumed the course. Contact us within 14 days to request a refund.
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of policy abuse, such as repeated refund requests after full consumption of content, credential sharing, or fraudulent activity. In these cases we will explain the reason. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
